Today was the last day of school and I have done a lot of things. I firstly skipped school and went to a bar with my friends. Fred, who is one of my best friends, got totally drunk and pulled his tooth off with a hammer. Soon, his mouth was full with blood and he just passed off.
As I have mentioned before, today was my last day of school for whole life, so I just wanted to do whatever I want. Therefore, I took out the sword and murdered one of the people in the bar by accident.
So this is the story about how I got into the prison. Of course, I was terrified after I realized what I have done, so I just ran. First, I ran directly to the bank and I became a bank robber because I needed money.
Then I randomly chose a person walking on the road and I killed him. Them someone caught me and called the police, so now I am back in prison. Well, they gave me a fork to eat so I used that as a tool to stab the guards and I got out again! Then I married a girl named Catherine. She had shoulder-length-hair which was wavy. She was a little bit shorter than me. I did not really like her but she liked me and I was generally a nice person, that is why I got married to her. When we got married, her parents did not let us have a proper wedding but they forced us to have a disco. I wasn't very happy with that but we could not do anything about it. We got many presents from the wedding, including a life size 'Domo-Kun'. When Catherine saw 'Domo-Kun', she divorced me and married Domo-Kun. She went crazy as the time went by. When I saw her last, she was in a mental hospital wearing white clothes and was sleeping.
And you know what? Suddenly she looked so lovely and cute. I totally fell in love with her. I told her "Marry me, my love Catherine again. I am not going to divorce again. I just realized you are the cutest woman in the world." "Yes" answered Catherine. And his second marriage was successful.
Throughout the entire humanity, there were three main revolutions that changed the whole world: The Agricultural, Industrial and Digital Revolution. In the 21st century, the Digital Revolution is having a significant effect on the humanity. One of the most significant outcomes of the Digital Revolution is the Internet. Imagine life without internet, the world would go dark. The Internet is already a part of our life and playing a very important role. Nowadays, people share and exchange information via SNS, an abbreviation of 'Social Networking Service'. SNS has both positive and negative factors to the world, but I strongly believe that the positive factors outnumber.
The fact that SNS can be used as an effective tool to spread the information can be both advantageous and disadvantageous. In terms of the negative reason, people might post information on their SNS, such as Facebook, Myspace, Twitter, et cetra. Since it can be spread very quickly all over the world, many people might not realize the 'truth', or the 'true intention' and they continue sharing the 'fake information' to someone else and it will spread out even more. 'Kony 2012' is one of the best examples of fake advocacies, Even though the 'Kony 2012' video contains some factual information, the true intention is actually also contained in the video. The fact that Jason Russel, who was in charge of the entire project, tried to help the African kids should be applauded, but what he wanted was money. The majority of the fund raised by the people was spent to make more viral videos to make more money and Russel took a significant part of the fund.
Although there are a few major negative factors, there are a lot of positive factors, too. One of them is that it can be spread really quickly. A lot of people share information and their status via SNS. And SNS played a very remarkable role in Arab Spring. Many people in the Middle East expressed their feeling on their SNS to let other people from other countries know what is going on and to protest against their government. Even though the Egyptian government tried to block it, but it was too late. As a result, the government was brought down and the dictatorship ended in Egypt. This influenced many other countries in the Middle East and affected the their citizens in many ways and resulted in uprising.
SNS can also help people build strong relationship among their friends and many other people. People can post their photos and their status on their SNS and others can look at it and leave some comments and communicate each other even though they live far away from each other. They can maintain constant interaction and communication regardless of their physical locations. By doing this, people can extend their experience and mingle with many friends online.
In conclusion, I firmly think that even though the negative effects of SNS do exist and cannot be ignored, SNS do more good than harm due to the reasons that I listed above. However, there are a considerable amount of people who are on facebook, or twitter now and some are being cyberbullied even while you are reading this essay. Therefore we need to be aware of those negative effects and make sure we do not get involved in those areas. (556 Words)
